Granic® is an ecological masterbatch with a high content of selected, treated and ultrafine Calcium Carbonate with a very good dispersion.
Granic® is 100% recyclable and contains between 75% and 85% of a natural, non-polluting mineral.This mineral is chemically treated in order to make it compatible with all types of polyolefins and styrenics.
The treatment provides Granic® products various properties, like less abrasive, improved humidity resistance and make it innocuous to any plastic additive.
Granic® is less than 25% dependent on oil and therefore price stable.
No polluting gases are liberated during its production and in case of incineration the polluting gases will come from the polymeric part.
Granic® is compatible with degradable-agents.
